4 students maximum. This allows for a practice that is personal, attentive and hands-on. Mindy keeps her group classes capped at four students so she can offer real adjustments, real assists, and real attention to each body in the room.

Mindy's signature offering combines deeply supported restorative yoga postures with hands-on bodywork and a sprinkle of Vedic Astrology. You will be set up with high quality props in positions of relaxation while receiving clothed massage with inspirations from the Shakti of the Nakshatra that Moon is transiting. This is a deeply nourishing practice to release held tension while your nervous system settles.

200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
300-hour Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training with Gabriel Halpern, one of the most rigorous alignment-based lineages in the world
50-hour LOAY Teacher Training with Dharma Mittra Yoga
She continues to study, to practice, and to learn alongside her clients. Her yoga teaching is not separate from her bodywork or her decades of dance; all three are part of the same conversation about how a body is meant to move. Her clients often work with her across multiple offerings: a private yoga session one week, a massage session the next, and occasionally a Vedic Astrology consultation when they are ready to look at the bigger pattern.
